INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES

We are so proud to be the only boutique-style indoor cycling studio on Nantucket. We are also the only facility to offer your indoor cycling experience on a top of the line RealRyder Bike. We believe that your indoor cycling experience should include a thoughtful class design, high-energy music and enthusiastic and motivating coaching. We encourage our clients to make any modifications necessary so that the class is right for them.

House Ryde

50 minute ride designed to add a whole new range of motions through steering and turning that will work your legs, cardio, upper body, core muscles groups and balance. Each workout is adaptable to fit individual goals.

Ryde and Hiit

One insane, intense, and beneficial workout. This class will start out with 30 minutes on the bike and then move to our fitness room for 30 more minutes of HIIT training~ 1 Hour full body workout

Ryde and Rip

One insane, intense, and beneficial workout. This class will start out with 30 minutes on the bike and then move to our fitness room for 30 more minutes of Circuit training where you move around the room from station to station working strength, core and cardio.
